Women in Business, Northern Ireland’s leading support network for women in the workplace is to celebrate the role of women leaders in the local technology sector next month with the inaugural Women in Tech Awards to be held at Belfast’s Europa Hotel.
The Women in Tech Awards will recognise and celebrate women who innovate, challenge and embrace technology, and will showcase inspirational individuals who have achieved great success within the sector.
These awards are hugely important and promote a gender balanced workforce across the tech sector in Northern Ireland. Women in Business want to support and acknowledge women in tech by highlighting and recognising great achievements by women in tech today.
The awards ceremony, hosted by Sarah Travers, will take the form of a prestigious black-tie event with approximately 300 guests in attendance.
Award categories include C Level Woman of the Year, Digital Transformation Leader of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Tech Team of the Year, One to Watch in the Future and the Lucy McIlhatton Award for Outstanding Tech Ambassador.
