The Sustainability Trends Report 2020 explores key choices that governments, the private sector and communities face in the recovery from COVID-19, and their implications for sustainability. It finds that the pandemic has had a profound impact on accelerating long-term trends such as the energy transition, but that it has also prompted new developments, for example a possible rethinking of global supply chains.
