• • Renewable fuel supply trajectory to 2032
  • support for recycled carbon fuels
  • Hydrogen and renewable fuels of non-biological origin
  • minor amendment to provision on civil penalties
  • changes to ensure renewable fuels and chemical precursors do not receive multiple incentives
