DIT’s Growth Capital Team secures long-term relationships between the UK and Corporate and Venture Capital investors, Family Offices and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals, attracting their investment into UK opportunities and engagement with the vibrant UK ecosystem.
The experienced team has direct, close relationships with over 200 Corporate VCs, over 100 VC funds globally and private wealth managers, matching their interest and ambition with UK opportunities.
These connections grow as they support Ambassadors, Regional Trade Commissioners, Trade Envoys and Embassy staff to explore new relationships.
DIT Growth Capital also creates LookBooks to provide investors with a strength of opportunities in a specific area, such as AI, fintech or lifescience, working with investors to explore and follow up their interest in companies and to connect them. It also hosts bespoke invitation-only online meetings, engaging investors in specific regions.

Companies need to be:
- UK Headquartered and Operational
- Intending to raise above £4m in the next three quarters and able to discuss it
- Have a compelling pitch for investors outside the UK
