Matrix will partner with the Northern Ireland Economic Conference, Northern Ireland’s premier economic analysis event on 30th November at the Hilton Hotel, Templepatrick.
Now in its 27th year, the event is unique in being the only forum that takes a high-level look at the performance of, and prospects for the local economy. It is firmly established as the annual autumn summit for Northern Ireland’s economic community, including policy makers and business leaders.
Matrix Chair, Dr Robert Grundy, will present the Panel’s latest foresight report, Northern Ireland’s Future Hydrogen Demand and Capability. This report sets out the basis, barriers and enablers to establishing a hydrogen powered economy in Northern Ireland out to 2050.
The report was created with the engagement of stakeholders from over 50 organisations across the public and private sectors, taking on board the views of policy makers, industry experts and academics from throughout Northern Ireland, the wider UK and Ireland.
Matrix recognises the potential of Hydrogen as supportive of Green Economy initiatives across several policy and strategy areas hoped to show the economic opportunities in promoting the growth of the Hydrogen sector in Northern Ireland.
Matrix will also host a stall at the event for any attendees to ask us about the work of the panel and upcoming projects.
