This years Royal Academy of Engineering’s annual diversity and inclusion conference will convene the engineering community to accelerate understanding and adoption of what works in diversity and inclusion (D&I).
The online conference will bring together engineering and D&I professionals to collaborate and develop successful solutions to make sustained progress on diversity and inclusion. RAEng address important sub-themes during the day, including how to measure D&I success; what works when creating and maintaining inclusive cultures; and the successes and pitfalls when building inclusive systems, services and products.
Join RAEng to hear from leading engineering companies and discuss how we can achieve our diversity and inclusion ambitions, utilise employee perspectives to identify and develop more impactful measures, and create inclusive systems and products where inherent bias is eliminated.
