Our annual conference is an impactful day of panel discussions and networking for engineering professionals to share best practice, collaborate and develop successful solutions to make sustained progress on diversity and inclusion. Following our year of exploring ‘What works in diversity and inclusion’, in 2023 the Academy will bring together the engineering community to accelerate the adoption of inclusive cultures across a series of events and activities.
This year’s conference theme is Engineering inclusive cultures. We will be joined by experts from across the profession to explore the transformational impact of culture on how we nurture our teams, structure our thinking, and approach the challenges facing our planet.
