Day One
• Brainstorming Brunch
• Introduction to Royal Academy of Engineering Enterprise Hub
• Ideation and concept development – helping each applicant with an idea with market need identified
• “The Challenge”
• Developing commercial innovation
• Hear from entrepreneurs who have walked the walk
• Engineering and technology experts to help guide on the ‘challenge’
Day Two
• Story-boarding, wire-framing, product sketch, developing the route to market with cost strategy, market mapping, leading to an outline business plan
• ‘Drop in Clinics’ with experts available online and in person for guidance and problem solving
Day Three
• 3-5min pitch to panel from participants (individuals or teams)
• Prize winners announced and networking event
• Closing talk by RAENG on application process for its Regional Talent Engine programme (£20k support for successful applicants, with coaching and mentoring over 4-6 months).
