Phil is passionate about Open Source technology – software that is more reliable, more flexible, and has more longevity than its proprietary peers because it is developed by communities rather than a single company. He is also a board member of OpenUK (promotes businesses, projects and people, who use and develop open source software, open hardware and open data).
